My "brother" sent me an email offering me fantastic savings (Can you say SPAM)
Here's an example of one of the offers.
"Silver Package: 25 Patches reg $129.95, Now $99.95! Free shipping and free exercise manual included!"

Does anybody have any idea what these "patches" are?

I put that whole line into Google and got back a bunch of stuff about, ahem, male enhancement.

I have no idea myself. If you got any info on enlarging a certain part of my body, let me know.

Also any info on naturally enlarging my tax return to meet women in my area with farm animals too.
