Good source for white LED's?

Hi all. It's been awhile since I've hit up the forums here. I'm currently thinking of working on a project that will involve numerous white (or amber) LED's. I'm looking to get the brightest possible, while getting a deal at the same time. I'm thinking 8,000-10,000 MCD, however it's been a very long time since I've played around with T1-3/4's, so perhaps that's an under-rating nowadays; preferably 30-degree, but again, whatever the best specs are for today. I'd probably be looking at 100 to 200 of these.

Is ebay still the place to go for something like this, or are there recommended users/dealers here that I should be looking into. Advice is much appreciated. Feel free to reply here, or via PM.

In large quantities you might as well get them from the manufacturer.
