I have owned an Arc LS1 for a few years but it recently quit working
after a battery runtime test. I have both the cr123 and 2AA bodies
for it. ARC doesn't seem to want to honor its 10 year warranty.

What a great light.
Anyone know where I can get it repaired?

Thanks in advance.

lanturn, the original Arc company would love to honor the warranty, if it were still in business. Long story.

My new patron has agreed to provide limited service on lights my now defunct company had made.

If the service requires a replacement of a part and the part is for a light we don't make, we don't have the part. In that case, we can offer people a store credit. I hope people can see that this is a very very generous offer on the part of my employers.

Send me an email please [email protected]

Btw, the original company went out of business back in 2004. Later that year, I interviewed for various flashlight/non-flashlight companies and selected CIS. I was able to revive the Arc brand and begin flashlight development again.

I'd be happy to take a look at it for you Lanturn. I've got a decent stash of spare parts too. :)
