"Super White LEDs" on Cool Tools

Today's Cool Tools is a Super White LED Lamp Product.

Is this really anything special? I don't know enough about the various kinds of LEDs to be able to tell if this is as great as they make it sound there.

Most of that article would apply to any LED. I can't even tell what size he's talking about.

The Ebay ad says power dissipation is 100mW, forward DC current is 20mA, and luminous intensity is 130,000 mcd (whatever that is).
