Orb Raw NS battery powers Firefly!

Just tried the Orb Raw NS battery, and it powers the firefly!

Now I want to use it with the firefly, but of course I'd need a custom body.

Also, the battery seems to be exactly 1/2 AA size. Two of these equals one AA battery. So I guess it'd be called a 1/2 AA holder? Smaller than the CR2 holder, even!

How would I go about getting one of these? Would anyone be up for machining one for me for compensation (I just want one!)? There could possibly be demand for these? If someone wants to make these and do a run and sell them (I'd be the first buyer!) that'd be great too!

This would make the firefly light REALLY small.

why don't you simpy drop that cell into a TNC Ncell?

Thwang. If you could do a drawing with dimensions, thread sizes i could possibly get something done. What material are we looking at? Aluminium? I am UK based, am guessing you are US. Your drawing would need exact measurements. I have no way of coating it in anything so it would be raw ally. Hope this helps. Cheers. Paul
