Today at work we recieved a little bonus (100 bones) because we set a record for our company in March (over 60 billable days).
So what did I do? Headed to Target of course....
I bought an Inova X5 (white) and the Dorcy Super 1 Watt single CR123
I've been looking at the Inova for a while, because I have a Radiant AA and I like Inova's styling and performance. I'm very impressed with the X5, think it will be a perfect light to stash in the glovebox of my pickup when I get it back from the paint shop.
The Dorcy is very cool, very bright and with over 2hrs of usable run time very durable as well. It's also well made and very light, easy to put in a pocket and carry. Not sure what I'll do with this. The Inova Radiant AA is my EDC, but this little light puts out comparable light and is much smaller. I do get over 9 hrs of regulated output with the Radiant though, plus it uses AA's....
Choices, choices!!
Anyway, I suppose this puts a dent in my A2 fund, but oh well.....
