I've read a few things here, not many, about headlamps. I am considering one and Petzl seems to be a favorite. The Tikka Plus has a few fans and I have a few questions about it. First, is it regulated like flashlights are? Does it really run for 100 hours? In terms of light output what would you say the high level is in lumens? And lastly, is there a CPF site that gives a good deal on them? Thanks to all.
