new LED products at K Mart

I just got back from going to target,walmart,kmart and home depot, the last stop was at kmart, i wish i had stopped in last week but i said to my self then" they are not going to have anything", Well today they had some of those 20 LED pivot head lanterns that takes 3D's exactly like this one for $11.49 http://www.batterysavers.com/LED_Pivot_Lantern.htm you press the button and 10 LEDs come on, push it again the go off, push it a third time all 20 LEDs come on, once more and they go off. ALSO on the same shelf which was by the camping stuff was a 12 LED lantern with a dimmer and remote like this one http://www.camping-gear-outlet.com/camping-gear-16831.html for $24.99

I bought one of these a few weeks ago at a Rite-Aid near us. I think I paid about the same, but it might have been as low as $9.99...can't remember exactly.

It's actually a nice lantern. Stable standing, long-running, reasonably bright...plus the laugh factor. The box mine came in said something like 'Originally sold at $79.99".

I don't think so. :laughing:

But it's a great cheapie lantern.

saw one in the dollar store. since it used D-cells, it was tempting.

it looks like it would do a good job of lighting up a room.
