time for me to try and learn about bins

OK, so can anyone shed some light on bins for me "sorry bout the pun" any ways i was just curious how all these things work people saying all depends on if you get a good bin and such YMMV, joker-led nicknames like that and such what are them things. also surefires l2 vs u2 both 5w luxeons but l2 has more lumen output. something to do with the lens? power supply? luxeon1 luxeon 2 luxeon 3 and them really high end luxeons that i can't think of the name for that require a lot of voltage, so if anyone wants a challenge breaking this all down for me have fun:lolsign:
