I ordered an energizer 30 min charger from e-bay, a US seller he had 37 for sale.

but when i received it, he had sent me an duracell 30 min charger.

I was going to buy an duracell charger anyway, but thats not the point.

I still want my energizer 30 min charger.

I would pay for the energizer charger, but i would not pay for delivery, since the mixup was not my fault.

do you think i am within my right to ask for free delivery.

thankyou.

I don't know if they are different, but regardless, You deserve what you paid for. I would expect to get the right one at the sellers expense.

OK. I think you should post a more descriptive topic when you start a thread.

Re: what do you think.

He sent you the wrong item, he should make it right, at his expense.

That's what we always do at the company I work for. If we mess up, we make it right, no matter the cost.

need some help

I just love topics like that. I once commented on something like that myself but that ended up with me getting my head nearly torn off so nowadays I try to keep quiet about.. everything.

I just got an e-mail from them

they said that they sent me a faster charger as the one that i had ordered has been discotinued.

4.00 amp compared to 3.40 amp don`t think so.

anyway they are sending me a $5.00 refund, and removing the listing from e-bay.

I am still not happy through, their listing still says 36 avaliable.

regards.

There's an "item received significantly not as advertised" or something like that procedure in eBay. If the item listing says A, and you get B, you should follow all the steps outlined in the grievance procedure. I had to do it once. Take pics of the item you received. It's a stepped process; once you exhaust communication with the seller, if you're still not satisfied, eBay will step in. G'luck.

I had this problem too. File a formal complaint via eBay.

If you paid with paypal, you can complain there, and it will freeze that value (shipping costs too) in their account. I'm sure that will get their attention.

I saw another energizer 30 minute charger from the US on ebay.

The seller say that it`s 110volt ac only, so it would have been no good anyway, i need 220volt ac.

funny both the energizer 15 and 30 charger pdf manuals, says nothing about the mains voltage reguired, so i thought it must been a multivoltage adaptor.

thanks for all the help.
