What are my options for a 1xcr123 w/ 27mm reflector?

Hey Everyone,

I've acquired some nice UX1J's that I want to put to good use. I'd like to build a single rcr123a thrower using a 27mm reflector and would like to know what my options are...

It seems that the Aleph 1 is the best option, but no store has them in stock and nobody seems to want to part with any of their Aleph components. Do I have any other options?

Side question, would running the UX1J direct drive from a Li-ion 3.7v be overdriving too much even if i had a good heatsink?

I don't know if you tried the Sandwich Shoppe, but they list the 1X123 Aleph 1, 27mm head. Ask wayne if he has one.

You could build a Longbow with a 27mm reflector. You would need the host light (LB Micra), PR head kit, McModule (to place your LED on), and a converter of your choice.

Or wait and buy one of these when they come out.
