Sold/Expired FOUND...Fraen Optic.....Please Help

FOUND...I desperately need a Fraen 30.5mm optic holder for the 26.8 mm optic, the white thing shown at the top of this page...http://www.fraensrl.com/images/FHS_Lens_Series_Datasheet.pdf

I'll be happy to buy the optic along with it if necessary. Does anyone have one of these or know where I can get one? Thanks.
