mag upgrade

just looking for the cheapest way to upgrade a mag 3d I stuffed 4 c cells into it and it help. what bulb could I also use besides a led upgrade?

Try the Magnum Star bulb for 4 Cell lights from Mag.

Try a kpr103 with 4 c cells.That was my first mag mod ,then I upgraded to a mag 85! Now that puts out almost enough light

I've had good results with an XPR103 bulb (from Radio Shack) in my 3D Mags running off of 4 C's - my first " drop-in mod" that I came across while searching the forums... Not really sure on actual measured brightness (even though it does seem to put out as much as G2 w/P60) or runtimes...
