I have a similar 28 LED light looking identical in design to the one iat Target and a 32 LED version both running off 3AAAs.... The 32 LED can suck over 1amp off nimh AAAs and is bright for a short time

Has two power levels -12/49/off. Hi adds spill but doesn't seem to add much light to the central spot) http://cgi.ebay.com/46-LED-SUPER-BR...yZ106987QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (same comments as the 52 led light. Just not as bright) http://cgi.ebay.com/100-LEDs-SUPER-...804032489QQcategoryZ16037QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (The grandaddy of flood! Will light up an ENTIRE room floor walls and ceiling. Uses 4 AA's in a carrier. There's a couple of threads on this light around here somewhere...overall quality is decent) http://store.advancedmart.com/100ledalfl4x.html (In case you don't wanna frell around with ebay) http://www.amondotech.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=981 (This light also casts a very wide beam if you don't mind having to feed it 2 CR123A's) http://www.flashlightreviews.com/reviews/xtremelite_alx-654c.htm (Fairly wide beam uses 5 C's. Fully regulated but when the batteries are dead it just shuts off - as opposed to gradually getting dimmer) Last edited: May 2, 2006
