5mm vs luxeon question

I dont think that the luxeon would even emit.

In this case the 5mm has a higher Vf (3.1 vs 2.7 at the 10mA)

I was wondering this also, so is the lux about the same brightness or brighter than the 5mm at only 10mA? Is it more/less efficient?
What about at the level an infinity ultra or arc aaa is driven?

for 5 mA, the efficiency of Nichia LED is 100 Lumens / Watt where as that of Luxeon T Binned is in the order of 45 - 50 Lumens / Watt
