US$ 3.00 for (2) BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE SWITCH !!! WTF !!!
any way it is a god light to try some MODS....
to turn ON/Off you got to put a plastic Tag back where the Battery is located.

Products are often sold with a specific purpose in mind. My first impression of the Brinkmann lights is that they were sold as being disposable and intended for a one-time use. If you wish to modify it for another purpose, that is one thing, but to berate and criticize a product because it does not serve a purpose for which it was not intended really isn't fair, nor objective.

Boy I dont know, they might be a handy little item in a black out at 2 for $3. I can think of quite a few uses for them in an emergency situation, especially for people with children who are afraid of the dark for them sleeping, AKA nightlite.

Well I just finish opem and It was easy...Ok My Bad if I was Lound and I did criticize the little light...
Like I said for 3 Bucks a pair you can't get your hopes too high
and in a Emergency case where you don't have a better light ,
that can be handy... I just want to give the heads up...

Also they have DORCY 1 CR123 ( Yes single Cell and small ! ) I think
the are 1 Watt ....

I was in target today, and the .5 watt head lamps are back to 15 dollars, now in charcole bodies. Sigh, it was nice when it was 3 bucks, maybe in a couple months. :thumbsdow

Someone wrote about using those little Brinkmann LEDs like an smjled, and plugging it directly into a minimag. You could always do that when the batterie(s?) die off, or they get boring for you?

I needed some LR44 batteries for non flashlight uses. Needless to say Radioshack, and Batteries Plus wants to charge like $3 each. I ripped open the Golights and got six LR44 batteries for $3, plus some cut down LEDs for experiment use. Not as cheap as on-line but available locally. See they are good for something after all :D
