Purchasing LED's on Ebay

Well I havent posted on here in such a long time, so please feel free to move this thread to the proper location. I might have posted before talking about making a LED light to bike with not too long ago. Well its summer time now and I figured I had some extra time now, and some money to try this out with.

I plan on buying some individual LEDs but I am quite leeary about Ebay sales, mainly since its from china/japan. Any one have expirence with this? What MCD rating is acceptable. At skycraft locally the prices are quite high compared to online costs, signifcantly more.

Any suggestions to another place, or perhaps a reputable Ebay seller??

i was refering to the acutal LED bulbs, not the flashlights...
thats why i was thinking that i might have posted in the wrong section

I've bought small bulk packs of 5mm's in the past with no problems.

Of the 8 or 9 I've bought from, lvehk is one I keep returning to.
