**** Smith Cyclops 29lm 1W LED

Hi to all in Oz or NZ who have **** Smith stores nearby. I just bought one of their 1W Cyclops LEDs (cat number Z4252)....and can report these things are a cracker.

Beautiful pure white light with no highlights and no funny colours, into a TOR 15degree optic I got a very nice beam....presumably its the 110degree (batwing?) emission....who'd have thought it of DSE these days?

Don't know if I just lucked with a good one, but I'll be getting a few more.......just need to put it on a heatsink before posting any beamshots.
They're emitter only (without integrated HS), so you'll need to attach it to something.

As for the 29lm claim...still haven't cranked it up to 350mA....thats for later.

Does anyone know what the manufacturer is for these?
