The simplest way is a 16volt DC source able to handle 2.5 to 3amps with a 3.3ohm 5watt resistor for each leg. THis assumes the supply is regulated - otherwise you may have to use a 5-ohm resistor so you don't ruin the LIII's.

16 volts? it's not 12V?
High Bin "H" or low "J" LIII's are 3.27v; multiply by 4 gives you a minimum requirement of 13 volts for 750mA. Of course there are any number of combinations for different voltages and arrangements.

In my opinion, one of the easiest way is to get bin "J" (or "K" with a little less brightness but more insurance) and run them, in parallel, off a regulated 3.3v supply like this one here... - good for 20 or so LIII's. 3.3v is very close to a perfect match and there are lots of good surplus computer power supplies available in that voltage.
