I think Dorcy changed the design of that part number sometime after the FLR review to the current model which is your lower URL.

I only have the newer model but - judging from the numbers - Dorcy increased the light output significantly. Mine measures about 4000 cd on fresh batteries and is a very bright, excellent light. Run times probably have also gone down but I don't know to what.

With both models, light output will depend somewhat on the Luxeon lottery, i.e. what bin of Luxeon you get. The 4000 number above represents the brightest of several Dorcy 3D lights. The least bright ran about 3000 cd, which was still pretty bright.
