Just what kind of momentary-on tailcap switch does Streamlight NF-2 LED have?

Here is the Streamlight NF-2 LED "tactical" flashlight...

It says that it has a momentary-on function: "Momentary push button tailcap, which rotates for locked "on" "

Now, does that mean it's like the Inova X1, which has a lame-o "momentary-on" function?
I greatly prefer the tailcap of the Inova T2, which has lockout capability, but is not dependent really on the twisty for constant on. (You twist it clockwise, sure, but you can then use the button switch for momentary or constant on.)

I am looking for comments from those who have used all three lights and can provide informed insight. Thanks.

it has the twist for constant on and the pushbutton is for momentary on ONLY. the pushbutton cannot be use for constant on(unless you keep holding the button)
