David - these are a couple of new 1xAA and 2xAA lights from Nuwai. Here's the sale thread for them from Giga International:

The 1x and 2x AA light trend is getting big, so more players now with Fenix, Jetbeam, Ultrafire, and the one offered by Waion and AW. I'm not very interested in 2xAA lights personally, but I know many others are. I think the X1 is a good competitor to the Fenix L1P and Civictor V1 and another low-cost option for the 1xAA market. I also like the Ultrafire since it's even lower cost and seems to be well built and machined, but so far, no one knows if the LED is a clone or a real Lux.

wow, those are nice... Its great that they went with an origional design.
