Hey Guys,

I just made a trade for an Elektrolumens Blaster Jr.

It sounds sweet...3 AA batteries....72 Lumens
About 8 hrs battery life. 1st 4 hours at full briteness.

Can I have some of your opinions on this light??
Anyone have beam shots of it??

Thanks!

Ray

Be careful with the battery holder. The top goes back on several ways, only one of which is correct. If you do it wrong, it will short the batteries and could be catastrophic. I marked the mine with a sharpie to make sure I assembled it correctly every time.

The Blaster line is absolutely fantastic!

I own a 3P, fondled a 3W 1R...wished I also bought the Jr.
Cool light for its size.
IMHO, every LED flashaholic should own one Blaster. It's built like the proverbial brick sh!thouse. The vinyl record groove finish is quite appealing.

Is it really 72 lumens or is the lux "rated" for up to 72 lumens?
So this is brighter than a Surefire 60 lumen light?

The JR. is the only model of the Blaster line that I don't have and I'm going to change that soon. The Blaster lights are built to take everyday abuse and have great beams..plus your buying from a guy who backs up his products all the way!
