they are $18.86 at Wal-Mart.
Important note: they are voltage-specific; they come in 3 versions with 3 separate SKU numbers, one for 2-cell, one for 3-cell, one for 4-cell. They were released and shipped from Mag in California on Monday, May 17th (30-45 days ahead of schedule) along with the 2-D Maglights.
