To me, it looks like UK copied the SPY 005. Its a bigger version but, looks pretty close.

Except I think that the UK light has been around for years longer than the spy light, so the spy light copied them.

Ah ha, I got an email from Bright Guy and it said it was "New" I just thought they looked remarkably similar.offroadcmpr said:

The LED version might be new, but the incan version is the same except for the bulb, and I'm pretty sure that has been around for a while. check it out here http://www.brightguy.com/detail_int.php?Sku=UND80009
