I know it's been 'forever' to get to this.. but this weekend i'm planning to make the 'how to' for the PIR to put into your KIU.. it will be just like the how to for the hotdriver.. about 30 of which were sold and very little report of difficulty.. you can check it out http://rouse.com/hotdriver to see what the DIY looks like.
