I was suggesting some of the people I see that are using their ISP as a webhost should get a domain name and do a web hosting plan like westhost offerers for 3 bucks a month. Not bad.
I have two hosting packages and if anyone needs a little picture hosting, let me know and I might be able to setup a simple free area for you on my server.
There is someone else on here offering free hosting too, might want to look into it.
