Inova XO mod idea - Is it possible

Original optics version of a Inova XO, modded with:

Possibly a reflector replacing the optics
Luxeon 3
Driver board that accepts a single lithium ion (Like a 17670) and a set of primary CR123as like the Inova XO is intended for
Possibly a two stage switch mod

Well, as I'm not a modder, I'm not really qualified to answer this question. But I do want to say something: the X0 is an excellent choice for a 2x123 host. It's affordable, cool-looking, and might be the toughest body of any light made!

The XO looks nice, preforms like [Insert Gag Noise] when you compare it againist lights in the upper 100 dollar range. I've seen people mod an Inova X5 with Nichias and a pill, but I haven't seen any mods for any of the Luxeon series Inovas.
