Prayer request*UPDATE ON SON*

Please say a few words the next time you pray for a friend of mine.
Her name is Donna and she has cancer. She is too sick to take the chemo anymore. She is a very nice Christian lady and I know that she would want you to pray that God would have his way. She does not compain but you can tell that she is in pain and very weak.
Also please put in a few words for my 3 year old. He has been sick with off and on fevers and diarrhea for a couple of weeks now. He has a Doctor appointment this evening.
And of course I appreciate any prayers and thoughts on my behalf.

I have an update on my son finally. We just found out what was wrong with him this evening.
He had taken an antibiotic for a sinus infection and the antibiotic killed his good bacteria in his intestines. This allowed bad bacteria to take over and spread. You have both good and bad bacteria in your intestines. He is now on a new antibiotic that he has to take 4 times a day for 7 days.
Hopefully this will clear him up. He has already lost 4 pounds.

Great news, Jeff! Glad to hear it was nothing serious.

That's a very common reaction to antibiotics, especially broad-spectrum ones. They kill off the good flora that's necessary for digestion.

Jeff, I think He will be fine in a day or two. I do not always post but I do see and I added your pal to my prayer list. You hang tough Jeff.
