Scriptkeeper (UBB support forum) has the beta version installed and running now. It has private messages standard among other things. You can check it out at:

So far I haven't upgraded from UBB v5.46 because I haven't seen any advantage. But UBB6 will be out this spring/summer and I do plan to upgrade to that. That means the hacks I installed here will be lost for a while. This is because UBB6 is a big departure from previous versions the hacks won't automatically move up. Some have been imported to the beta version but that doesn't mean all the ones I've installed are ready to go. I don't know for sure. Most of the hacks are cosmetic. Except for memberlist and private message.

If you have any private messages they will be lost when I upgrade. I will give several warnings before I make the change.
