The reviewer on Amazon said, "The light is not extremely bright and is a bit yellowish, but it will give you enough to grill by." The reviewer also said it didn't fit her older Weber grill, but per the Weber site, there are multiple versions for their various model/year combinations.

I usually grill before it gets too dark, but thought this might be interesting to you all.

Yep, it is dim and yellow, saw it and tried it out at a store.
