Fuji Power and A&T Fuji Power CR123A 3-volt lithium batteries

Problem:
Could overheat, leak, or rupture.

Products:
20,000 batteries in Dorcy Spyder Tactical Xenon Light or Dorcy Xenon Tactical Light. The same batteries--sold with Galls H.A.L.O. Tactical Flashlight--were recalled in Sept. '03 for the same manufacturing defect. Flashlights were sold nationally at BJ's Wholesale Club, Orchard Supply Hardware, Ace Hardware, Tru Value Hardware, Meijer stores, Marvin's, Sport Chalet, and Sportsman Guide. Batteries have white label with "Fuji Power" or "A&T Fuji Power CR123A." Five incidents have been reported, resulting in burst flashlights. Dorcy has received four reports of burn injuries and minor damage to clothing and personal items.

What to do:
Return flashlight to place of purchase for refund or replacement. For information, call 800-837-8558 or go to www.dorcy.com.

Closed to keep the topic cohesive. It's posted in the exploding Pelican thread.
