I just picked up an entry sheet from my dealership this morning, as I unfortunately needed to be there to have my headlight aim corrected from a botched trip odometer software fix yesterday. Oh, and I needed to inform the tech receptionist that the dealership caused it and how to fix it, as their position was "I don't see how that could happen from something we did". (Grrr and double-Grrr). My favorite guy who knows all and actually likes his job wasn't there for those visits.
[edit] Well, maybe not whole world? I can't tell.
