Best source for PT Surge replacement bulb?

It was a challenge for me to even find a PT dealer who carried the Surge and they didn't stock lamps.

The lamps I received from BrightGuy had packages stating the lamps were halogen whereas PT advertises them as xenon. I understand xenon may be added to halogen and the replacement lamps measured as bright as the original so I'm guessing the ad. dept. changed it's wording at some point.

Great light; I hope they continue to make them. I think the Surge is under appreciated because it's plastic and not "exotic", but it sure is practical with a nice beam and real switch.

Last week I dropped mine from a ladder 10' onto the thinly carpeted floor, while the light was off, fortunately. The lamp & light survived. Becuase my light rides in my electrician's tool pouch and receives some abuse, I put a layer of Scotch Satin tape over the "lens" to protect it and further smooth the already decent beam.
