Inova Radiant 2AAA, broken O-ring

I've had mine for less than three months and O-ring snapped under normal use. It's always had the habit of catching the O-ring and getting pulled between the the tail-cap and the lower edge of the body.

Anyone else lose an O-ring on it?

The O-rings on mine haven't budged the slightest amount, but they're extremely thin (and fragile) for my taste. I doubled checked all of my Radiants and all the O-rings are in good condition. I think a tiny dab of silicon on the new O-ring would probably keep it in good shape for quite a while.

Are you sure your O-ring was located in the proper place on the light? It should be sitting right before the last ridge past the threaded portion.
