Preferably small.

Not too bright, for indoor night-time use.

Say 1AA / AAA or button cell.

So that beam directs forwards when torch is vertical, possibly attached to clothing with clip / safety pin?

Ideas ?

(Alternative to angled piece of reflective card ? )

Several hardware stores as well as Target will sell Coast and Eddie Bauer (look like rebadged Coast) clip-on LED lights with the LED on the end of a flexible neck. These are relatively inexpensive and tiny too.

Should also mention Pelican VersaBrite and VB3 2220 LED, The Little Ed series is nice but probably too big and bright, I have the Recoil LED version of this one.

Ray-O-Vac makes a swivel head, use it angle or straight, 2x AA with a clip, has a small minimag type xenon bulb and has a clip, about $6. I have seen the same flashlight sold as a no name for a $1 in dollar stores. Fits and clips nicely to a shirt pocket. I put a Niteize 3 led minimag conversion into it, about $4.

Don't buy from this seller, they're absolute rubbish.

Torches ok, but only 1 out of 4 worked.

2 had corroded batteries.

1 had ****y switch.
