Sold/Expired Demand for Q3 glass lenses

I'm planning to order some 22.1x1.5mm mineral glass lenses very soon but was told earlier that I'll have to place on order of 100 units, given that this is a rare size.

Also I heard that newer batches of the Q3/301x have different glass dimensions from the older ones, is that true?

This place has mineral glass lenses in 22.1mm by 1.0 mm for 89 cents each in small lots, if that's close enough for you.

FYI the default lens thickness of the Q3/301x is around 1.5mm but ToolsGS doesn't carry any 22.1x1.5mm type. That's why I'm posting my offering here.

Flashlightlens.com says thay will be selling glass for the Q3 very soon.

search your local watch repair shop for a 22mm glass and a thicker O-ring at the local hardware store.
