Nothing wrong with the old body, it is just a bit plain looking.
The new Rage and Attitude uses a more curvy body with grippy textures, and has a built-in clip.
Pretty nice lights; I have examples of both, and the curved version is just a touch chunkier, but it rides nicely clipped into a pocket.
The clip is very sturdy.
You could cut it off if you wanted to minimize the size.
I think you can see the different bodies on flashlightreviews.
