There are a number of these 9-LED jobs online. Some are slightly better than others.
The tailcap clickie was what I noticed to be the telltale sign.
I picked up a few from AXShop. Their quality is low, one switch defective, poor tailcap threading, barely held on. Bright though.
These from SurplusComputers look identical.
The one I found to be machined better had a longer tailcap and coil spring for the clickie, not a leaf spring.
YMMV.

I bought a bunch of those lights, though packaged individually. They came with a lanyard, and I give them away to customers as a thank you gift. I got them from a local $0.99 store. They work fine, but the Aluminum is pretty thin.
