Is the Inova X5 regulated? I have measured the voltage of many sets of batteries through the flashlight and no matter what the charge of the batteries out of the flashlight they always have a total voltage of just over 3 volts when measureed through the flashlight. If it is regulated to reduce the voltage to 3 volts couldn't you use just one battery in it. Or is this just from the resistance of the LEDs
