BTW, isn't this overdriving the LEDs a bit? Any problems with the LED being overdriven hard so far?

one battery- one head. Just like two ARCs back to back.

I used brass only because thats what I had in the machine at the time. I may get a chance to make more this weekend. I found some 1/2" white delrin I can use to make end caps/plugs.

Nope, definitely aluminum. I think it's because of the lighting in the picture. I just tossed this one out, because I wanted to see how 2 Arc-AAA's would look end to end.

No nibbles on the Arc-2AAA thread at all.
