Great white shark, errr I mean North
For those of us without a lightmeter or those who just want to test the real world range of our flashlights would this be a good idea?

I was thinking of going to a "golf course driving range" at night, they have markers usually every 25 yards...

So would this be a good, somewhat accurate way to test the useful range of our lights?

Just a fun little experiment I think I will try.

Also need to keep in mind what one's "Real World" lighting targets might be.

a Shy Raccoon ?

a Yellow Hummer ?

Or probably something in-between . . . .
