I received a Proton about two weeks ago and I love the light. But this morning I changed the battery and the gold post for the positive terminal fell out. I can't put it back and now the light won't work. I sent an email to LRI and am waiting to here back. What really stinks is I am travelling next week and really wanted to use this light.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this happen and how is LRI's customer service?
