firstly, it must be able to ship to singapore for a small amount

the third thing is that, i am able to buy leds in any number and leds are not in packs of 10,5 or 200
lastly, may them be cheap and good!!!
me need them to replace leds of my cousins. coz they suck more then me in soldering.
