Info on this Ebay Laser

Hey this is actually my frist post here, ive been looking around for a while. and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this laser. This would be my first one and I dont know alot about them. Is this a good price for it any issues i should be aware of before i bid on it.???

I don't think it is a scam. He's probably just a new Ebay member.
From the name he joined under, I can vouch that he did buy this PPL-260 from Optotronics back in March.
