My First Mod......and it worked

Thanks for the LED bug, gents.
At your urging I just finished my first mod. I took a Streamlight WOW (a super-cheap plastic light that converts from a headlamp to a handheld) and converted it to a Luxeon 1 Watt headlamp.
I converted the AA battery compartments to 123's and replaced the incandescent lamp with a LS (400mA) and a dropping resistor.
It's not the best mod or the prettiest mod or the most efficient mod, but I'm sure that my 3-year old son will love it and wear it all the time in the workshop.---Marc

It's as if, no one else has one, and no one else really knows how you did it.
