Flashlight Enthusiast
1. Dorcy 1x123A Luxeon, with a cut-down 20-mm IMS reflector in place of its stock reflector. The hotspot is smoother and brighter than the original. The bin is a bright & warm RV1J, tending toward the neutral side. $20. **SOLD** to MY for $15.
2. Brinkmann 1W, with its stock Seoul Semiconductor star (large die, bluish tint) removed and replaced with a nicely tinted QX1J Luxeon star, plus a wire spacer to make the new focal point line up correctly. The flashlight design is similar to the Brinkmann Maxfire LX, with a glass lens and a momentary/clicky tailcap. The power source is 3 AAA batteries. Output is modest, but the beam is very smooth and pleasant. (was $15) $12. **SOLD**
Prices include shipping to U.S. locations.
Thanks.
