I just paid $12 or $15 for a 5-stage Princeton Tex Photon-like LED with an integrated clip which I like. But that's kind of pricey.
I was thinking of getting a bunch of these CountyComm LEDs to clip to my hiking pack -- at $1 a pop you could have a bunch to hand out to others on hike once dusk came, to use as little beacons, or just to have more lights.
Is there anything which would be a better alternative, especially since this isn't for EDC?
