Escorting 5 kiddies through the neighborhood last night, they armed with the 2aa mags I provided and me with my 3cn2d LS blaster, the beauty of the light became apparent. The full beam, broad hotspot, bright white blue light was perfect for navigating uneven sidewalks, curbs, lawns, stairs and misc. dog poo one finds while Trick or treating. The kiddies were bathed in a cool white glow, safely tramping to the next house, oblivious of the dangers that lurked outside the protective glow. It was about 45 degrees in Philly last night and we were out for 2.5 hours. The light did its job and got praise from kids and parents alike.

I also used my 3aa direct drive from Elektrolumens for spot lighting and when distance was needed. The rubber grips on the Brinkmann were a nice feature...the Mag absorbs cold...

Get some wrap they use on tennis racket handles for the Mag. It cost next to nothing & works great. TX
