Very Cool! I love the engraving, it's great to see something different!

While, I'm no heatsink expert, my understanding is that copper or aluminum might be best. Perhaps others can chime in on how good of a heatsink material brass is.

Hmmm...art following function! A real "sleeper" so to speak. It sure does look like a lipstick case and, it'll be great for brightening up one's looks! :awman:

WOW! Very nice! I think etching is the next big thing for custom flashlights, We have some great reflectors, optics and leds available for cheap already.

I think you may have found a very nice niche market for etching.
